This economical pump is one of the most effective two-handed pumps available.  As the patient draws down the cylinder, an effective suction is created that can be adjusted to the desired comfort level.  The reducing insert (for smaller breasts) and the breast shield are anantomically correct to maximize both comfort and effectiveness.
